DH 36-48-60
[ Self contained dry honers ]

Self-contained dry honers engineered for continuous duty cleaning and peening.

The DH series dry honers are well suited for using fine or coarse durable abrasives. The Pauli Systems DH Series makes those fine abrasives such as glass beads and aluminum oxide last much longer than ordinary blast cabinets. By separating and collecting only the spent particles in the dust collector, total abrasive usage and cost is greatly reduced.

[ Operation ]
1. Operator presses foot pedal to begin blasting. Blast gun directs high velocity stream of air and abrasive at work piece.
2. After striking work surface, abrasive and foreign matter fall through metal floor plate into recovery hopper.
3. From hopper, abrasive and other particles are pneumatically conveyed to abrasive reclaimer/cyclone separator.
4 . Reusable abrasive particles are directed to the vibrating screen and fines are sent to the dust collector.
5. Clean correctly sized abrasive falls through screen to abrasive storage hopper. Large debris collects on removable screen.
6. Good abrasive is drawn through abrasive metering feed tee for reuse through blast gun.

[ Applications ]
The DH 48 and DH 60 perform many functions such as general cleaning, corrosion removal, shot peening, deburring, deflashing, surface preparation and finishing. The DH series dry honers have application in almost every industry including:

Engine Repair and Overhaul Shops. Industrial, aircraft and automotive. Cleaning carbon and scale from pistons, cylinders, heads and valves. Cleaning and peening crankshafts, rods, jet engine turbine blades, and propellers for increased fatigue resistance.

Metal Parts Manufacturers. Deburring small parts and adding an attractive finish.

Platers and Heat Treaters. Cleaning parts before plating, coating, or anodizing, and removing scale after heat treating.

Machine and Welding Shops. Removing scale, weld marks, and fine machining burrs.

Plastic, Rubber and Glass Manufacturers. Deflashing parts after molding and for cleaning plastic, rubber and glass molds.

Electronics Manufacturers. Cleaning and deburring circuit boards.

[ Features ]
• Door Interlocks - stop blasting when door is opened.
• Starter for Fan Motor.
• Improved Design - by combining the cabinet and dust collector into one integral unit, floor space requirements are decreased.
