Currently the 20 nozzle Pauli System is managed and operated by Boeing Aircraft Corporation to strip aircraft built by Boeing and all other manufacturers.

For a turnkey facility, we provide planning and engineering services, equipment, assembly, utility connections, labor, training and initial operation oversight. In addition, our Compliance Program enables older facilities to be 100% environmentally clean and comply with new EPA and OSHA regulations.

RAM dry media stripping systems allow operators to work comfortably and productively without chemical problems. In addition, the media causes absolutely no harm to the environment.

Wide body aircraft from McDonnell Douglas, Lockheed, Boeing, and Airbus can be dry stripped. The 20 nozzle system shown is able to strip a DC-10 in 24 hours.

Pauli Systems help super-clean the media to comply with strict military and OEM requirements. By eliminating contaminants from media, maintenance facilities using the Dense Particle Separator easily meet aircraft manufacturers' and military specifications for media cleanliness. The highly efficient system separates and collects dense contaminants such as sand, metallic particles and other dense debris.
