Now you can improve productivity in your RAM Blast Room. RAM Blast Rooms' distinctive modular system makes adding upgrades and improvements a snap. One popular feature is enlarging your blast room with five foot modular wall extensions. Attach extensions to your existing walls and have more room to strip larger items. Dense Particle Separator The DPS 3000 enables you to meet military, aircraft manufacturer and other critical specifications for media cleanliness. The system separates dense particles such as sand, metallic particles, and other such heavy debris and automatically drops then into a collection bin. Media Reclaim Power Upgrade Upgrade your media reclaim blower and motor from 5.0 or 7.5 to 10 HP to increase your media recovery and reclaim rates. An increase in static and volume pressure will recover media faster - especially dense media.	Modular Extensions RAM Blast Rooms are easily extended by modular wall and ceiling units to provide a larger work area. Available in 5 foot increments for cost effective expansion.
External Work Station Kit The External Work Station Kit enables operators to strip components from outside the RAM Blast Room. Consists of: bolted on steel panel with angled inset view window, gauntlet gloves, hinged fold-down work table, external blast on/off foot control.	Roll-Up Doors In limited space applications a roll-up door eliminates the space required for opening a swing door. With the space saved, add on a 5 foot module to expand your Blast Room.
Additional Man Door Kit Ease access to and from room work area with an additional man door to increase productivity. Modular door unit easily installed. Includes blast interlock switch.	Two Operator Package Double your production with two blast generators and hose systems. The extended system allows two operators to work simultaineously.
Additional Window Kit For operator and supervisor viewing and training, add another window. Windows easily install into the modular wall system.	Work Cars and Turntables Work cars, wheel or track mounted. Turntables, base or work car mounted. Also available for blast cabinets.
Media Recovery Systems Pneumatic Systems: Full Floor Recovery System automatically recovers media while blasting. This frees the operator from sweeping and reduces clean-up time. Partial Floor System uses one floor trough which the operator sweeps spent media. LoPro Media Hopper is the lowest profile sweep-in hopper made. Enables easy relocation and no floor cutting. Mechanical Systems: Mechanical Screw Recovery System is perfect for steel and other metal media. It automatically recovers media while blasting, frees the operator from sweeping and reduces clean-up time. (picture shown on right)
Compressed Air Systems If your needs have changed, you many need to upgrade your compressed air system. We will custom configure a compressed air system with air dryer and filtration for your exact application.		Protective Clothing Gloves, jackets, and overalls provide a simple, comfortable and flexible means to protect your operators.
High Quality Bullard Breathing Airline Respirator Bullard respirators provide respiratory protection for extended work periods in atmospheres not immediately dangerous to life or health. These units will not remove carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide or other toxic bases or fumes. These units will not increase the oxygen content of an air supply and should not be used when air entering the system does not meet regulatory standars. See note at bottom of page.		Field Service Programs Programs include: Site Survey before installation, Supervision of installation, Turnkey installation, Regular Maintenance Programs for Blast Rooms, Cabinets and associated equipment.
Cooling Vest Ultimate operator comfort with cool air supplied vest. Requires seperate air conditioner tube.		Explosion proof lights, motors and controls For specific applications, explosion proof lights, motors and controls are available.
Ladder and Platform For ease of maintenance, a platform and ladder enable easy access to the blast room dust collector.		Air Conditioner The Air Conditioner increases Operator comfort with air cooling vortex tube, adjustable waist belt and adjustable temperature control. Cools incoming compressed air by at least 30°F (17°C).
HEPA Filter For applications requiring very high efficiency ventilating air filtration, choose a HEPA filter.		CO Monitor For operator safety, a CO (Carbon Monoxide) monitor will sample the compressed breathing air supply, display CO level on a meter and provide an alarm at a predetermined level.
Remote Control This remote control inside the blast enclosure enables Operators to adjust blast air pressure and media flow without leaving the enclosure.		Hypodermic Needle Gauge Kit To avoid over or under blasting critical components, you need exact blast pressures. The Hypodermic Needle Gauge will ensure you have the exact blast pressure at the nozzle.
2-Way Radio For training and general supervision, the 2-Way Radio assures communication from outside the room to the operator inside. The earphone and microphone worn inside the operator's hood are push-button operated to avoid noise activation.		Training Systems offers the highly respected Total Technology Transfer training and certification program. Students apply classroom instruction, written exams and hands-on experience to enable them to pass our rigid certification program. Training is conducted at your location on your equipment. From one day operator and maintenance training to a five-day certification course.

AIRLINE RESPIRATORS Airline respirators must be supplied with clean, breathable air, Grade D or better, at all times. Supplied breathing air must meet the requirements For Type 1 gaseous air described in the Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specifications G-71.1 (Grade D or higher quality) as described by Federal Law 30 CFR, Part II, Subpart J,11.121(b). Operator breathing air systems are required to meet OSHA standards for Class D breathable air.
